Design Naming Machine
Starting a design studio soon? Okay, maybe not the best timing right now, but if you have the guts but no idea how to name your new company, try the Breadline Design Naming Machine. Names like 'Peach Elephant Labs', 'Red Dog Solutions' or 'Golden Leopard Studios' are some of the outcomes. Well, just try for yourself!
Oh and by the way: the word fantabulous should be used more often. Always reminds me of Connie Bradshaw in Tales of the City!
Copenhagen Harbour Bath
Copenhagen’s harbour is being transformed from an industrial port to being the cultural and social centre of the city. The new Harbour Bath is in my opinion a perfect swimmingpool. I myself hate regular swimmingpools, but swimming in rivers and lakes I love! The simple architecture is very danish; form follows function. Besides a large swimming area the pool also offers the most beautiful diving device I've ever seen and the lifeguard tower is just cute!
The whole thing reminds me a bit of the swimmingpools I've seen in Switzerland, at the border of the Aare in Bern and the Limat in Zürich.
