Peter and the City

Peter's last trip for his current job was a dream destination of mine. He got to see Dubai! I am never jealous of his trips, but this one.... yeah, I have to admit I was a bit jealous. But on the other hand I was really happy for him that his last trip was such a great destination! And with his pretty face he managed to enter the best places with the best seats and the best views. As you can see he returned safely with a bunch of pretty beautiful pictures!

Are You Ready to Jump?

Look at him go! Damien Walters likes to jump and it's great to watch him do what he does best. Jump. There are some really impressive moves and my favourite one is the one where he jumps into bed. It's about time that jumping becomes a part of the Olympics! Would love to see him jump in London next year!

BEN is coming

This commercial is definately the best I've seen in a long time! And when I saw the last shot I knew why. Because it's for Dutch Telecom brand BEN. BEN was great in the 90's, but disappeared for about a decade. Last year they came back. The commercial above (however only interesting for Dutch or maybe Spanish speaking people) is the perfect example of how good BEN is! A perfect foreign view on our beautiful tradition of Sinterklaas!

Boys Boys Boys (Summertime Love)

Summer. In winter. That's what the boys created today. With the sun very low, the possibilities of sunbathing become less and less, but still these handsome fellows know how to find some rays of sunshine to enjoy their daily hour of summer. Being good to each other and being good to me.

Ka-Ching!

So this is the most expensive photo ever sold. I love it! Shot by Andreas Gursky in 1999, titled "Rhein II" and sold for € 3,2 million. That's a lot of money. A whole lot of money. Especially when I realize I shot a lot of photos in my life with the same quality and allover atmosphere. Anyone volunteering to market my work more?

Today it's November 13th. Which is the day that the hottest blogger on the blog celebrates his 27th birthday! But he doesn't look a day older than 22! Happy birthday J@V@ JuNKiE!

Oh Father

Oh Father,

Is it the fact that I never went to church? Is it the fact that I am gay? Or is it the simple fact that you don't exist and you're just some magic wizard? Whatever the reason may be, when I went to church yesterday you hid it so well I couldn't find it. I searched and searched (I even searched in my soul, I know you like it that way) but nothing.
No see-through church by artists Gijs Van Vaerenbergh, a collaboration between young Belgian architects Pieterjan Gijs and Arnout Van Vaerenbergh. The pictures in this post are from their official site. Too bad I didn't get the chance to shoot some myself. The sun was perfect!

So what left of my day was a pointless roadtrip all the way to Belgium. A beautiful roadtrip, so you don't hear me complain, but pretty pointless in the end. Although, not completely pointless. With all the gas I spent I had to refuel my car and got the two stamps I needed for getting a beautiful new knive! Whoohoo! Thank GOD!

Fog You!

After a very sunny Saturday, today was a very foggy Sunday. So foggy that I didn't see a thing all day. Except for some joggers early this morning. The sound of their footsteps in the silence was really surreal. Fog, like snow, makes the world so silent!
