Wow! Discovered these illustrations by Steve McGhee tonight and fell in love with them! Illustrations, you read that correctly. These are not photo-manipulations but drawings! Completely inspired by all the 2012 Independence Cloverfield Cone Planet of the Apes movies and such great works of art! I really LOVE the one of the plane crashing into the streets of NYC. Thanx guys! I have been thinking of a "aftermath" type image as well, it's a really compelling idea. I tried one... not sure it really worked though.

I like the work. The art was fabulous even though a little dark.
