You know, as I thought of Louisiana, I did recall them comparing the new levees they are building to the ones in the Netherlands, so it did come into my mind but I didn't think it would look like that, although I'm not sure what I DID think it would look like. If THAT makes any sense!

Lud is correct! It's the place 100,000ths of tourists visit every year when they are in this country and I myself have never been there.
