New Shoes!

No, actually these aren't new shoes. But when I dropped three bottles of oil in the shop last Saturday and I was covered in this greasy liquid all over the lower 1/4th of my body I had to do a lot of laundry.

And I also had to clean these shoes that I own for 13 years now. Throwing them away is not an option, so I cleaned them in warm water with some chloride to make them look shiny again. I spilled some chloride on the blue fabric as well, so that part got a nice pink/purple glow. And then I put them in the washing machine. Laces apart from the shoes. And they came out brand clean! Whoohoo! Ready for another 13 years of wearing them!
