Secret Alley
The second hidden treasure around Arnhem we visited was this secret alley entirely made out of European Beech trees. From the outside it looks soft and friendly, but inside is a dark path surrounded by vicious brenches which look like they once covered the castle of Sleeping Beauty.
I love the fact that a few hundred years ago someone decided to grow this beautiful thing! Thanks, whoever you are!

Secret Garden
Beautiful day today, so we visited two hidden treasures around the city of Arnhem. This first one is a very old lane surrounded by hundreds of rhododendrons. It's not a very long lane, but it's a very special one. Calm, because not everybody knows about it and smelling delicious. Unfortunately I can only share the colours with you and not the smells.
