Happy New Hair!
The world's number one husband got a haircut today and he surprised me by going all short again. Looks great on him! If you're living in the area of Boston, you should definately go check him out this week, because that's where he's staying. Approach him with a smile. Don't feed him mushrooms. Don't ask for his autograph. Just pet him gently on his fresh hairdo.

My New BFF!
This girl is definately going to be my new BFF! So young, but totally getting it! She knows what's good and what's bad. Her view on the world is my view on the world. I bet we can have such great trips to Chattanooga! I will take her to the Ruby Falls and in the evening we will eat Ducks without pants. We're gonna have a blast!

Nick & Simon
Because they deserve it. A post dedicated to Nick & Simon. Coaches in The Voice, mediocre singers and great comedians. This is their best song so far. Some genuine Dutch music at Zephyr-Files.
Saturday Night by Kim Insook
Saturday Night is a voyeuristic masterpiece by Japanese photographer Kim Insook. It took her 4 years to complete this work and it contains 66 hotelrooms without curtains displaying - amongst others - sleeping people, a murder, a suicide and even two fisting men. Click on the picture above for a larger version and see what else you can find.

Dead or Alive?
Oktoberfest 2011
Oktoberfest took place in Munich, Germany again and The Big Picture published this great set of photos. Beer, beer and beer. Apart from Burning Man, probably Festival #2 I want to go to. Or is it a crime to put Burning Man and Oktoberfest next to each other on my list? ;)

Contrexperience
Very cool ad for the french Contrex mineralwater. If these hometrainers were in a gym nearby I probably would be excercising every day instead of no excercise at all!
Amsterdurgerdam
We spent the weekend close to Amsterdam in the little village of Durgerdam. My parents booked a very cute Bed & Breakfast with a view over the lowest of lowlands of the Netherlands. Grass, cows, geese and water. Lots of water.
On Saturday we biked to Amsterdam. I'm not that fond of Amsterdam, but it's a great place for biking. Especially with a clear blue sky and sunshine. We biked and biked, but also sat down to enjoy the weather, a nice lunch and a beer.
The next day we visited some villages up North. Old, cute villages with wooden houses and water. Lots and lots of water. I didn't take that many photos, so if you want to see more of tis weekend, please visit Tassendief and Enna. Tassendief already did some posts on this weekend, Enna will follow next weekend, since she has a very busy week.
