Titanic - 100th Anniversary
Today we celebrate the deaths of 1522 of people that didn't survive that ship hitting the iceberg 100 years ago. And what better way to celebrate it with some humour! Feast your eyes on French & Saunders and their version of The Making of the Making of the Filming of Titanic. Have mercy on my dead baby!

It's no secret I have a major crush on Tom Lenk. Like every gay guy (and my sister) I found him the funniest of the trio on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, but also when that show ended he kept being very cute and funny on his YouTube channel.
The video below was released last Autumn, but I didn't see it untill today. A very funny and slightly exaggerated reenactment of an actual voicemail he left for Tim Gunn. Hilarious!

To launch the high quality TV channel TNT in Belgium a big red push button was placed on an average Flemish square of an average Flemish town. A sign with the text “Push to add drama” invited people to use the button. Discover here what happened.

Hospital? Operation?

Yesterday I visited my dear friend John. Last January he broke his leg during his ski-trip and after some weeks in an Austrian hospital he came back to The Netherlands. And now he spends his days like the picture above. Bed in the livingroom and a room with a view. And dying for attention. I totally can relate to that after weeks of watching dvd's and television and not being mobile at all. But it's a work in progress. Last week he took his first 4 steps. And then he was exhausted. So a long, long way ahead.

I love creative people. And I love creative people that know how to use modern technology even more. And that's exactly what I love about this video. Jeff Desom used the original scenes from the classic Hitchcock movie Rear Window and created this beautiful timelapse video. Gorgeous work!
