Koninginnedag!

Okay England... are you guys finished? Then it's time for some Dutch royal fun! Tomorrow it's Koninginnedag and tonight we'll start celebrating our Queen's birthday with music and food and beer and most of all.... friends! So if my blog isn't updated that much, you know I'm having a good time!

Little Brother

It's all about the Big Brother today, but let's not forget about the other one. That very sexy redheaded Harry! Playing football halfnaked, kissing boys, dressing up in nazi-gear. Such a sexy badass! And looking more beautiful than the bride today, with his high hair and butch costume!

Goodnight

Centurion by Madison

Model: Wouter (Tony Jones Model Management)

This gorgeous shoot by Madison strongly reminded me of the shoot Mert Alas & Marcus Piggott did with Madonna for Interview some time ago. It's probably the cross in the face and the well placed crucifix.

The Truffle House

Ensamble Studio created this Truffle House. A rough concrete exterior, left for years in the wilderness, hollowed out to create a tiny home with waterfront views. The Truffle sits on a hilltop in Laxe, Spain, and consists of only the necessities. A bed, shower, sink, and kitchenette. Ensamble covered the hollowed out interiors with smooth grey stone to complement the rough rock exterior.

Tarik - East Village Boy of the Week

Tarik, from London is this weeks East Village Boy of the Week.
Go check out the complete shoot by Jeff Hahn at East Village Boys.

Going South

We added an extra few days to our Easter weekend and this morning we got in the car and drove south. The very southern point of The Netherlands, an area we hardly ever visit and with the blue skies, the sun and the fantastic temperatures we had a very lovely day.

We started in Maastricht and ofcourse we finally visited the most beautiful bookstore here in The Netherlands, based in an old church. Stunning design and with a nice collection we filled a bag with books as well (Hello Mr. Sedaris!).

After Maastricht we continued our way east. Visited the American WW2 Memorial in Margraten and drove a beautiful drive through the hills ending at a castle near Valkenburg. Cows and castles... what a beautiful match!
