Chad White by Daniel d'Ottavio #2
So you loved the post about Chad White last week? Okay, well I did. Found the rest of this beautiful shoot at We Love Guys, so enjoy the rest as well.
This Used to be My Playground
Yes. between 1987 and 1994 this was my playground. My old highschool was open for public today, so me, my sister and our good friend went there to see what happened to that place. And although many things had changed, a lot of it was still the same. Looking the same and even smelling the same.
We met some old teachers as well. Amongst them my maths-teacher, who recognized me and then turned his back on me because of the last words I said to him back in 1994. Okay, they were not nice, but when you shake hands 15 years later, be a man and laugh about it. I know I did.
Tonight is the "once every five years reunion" which I don't attend. The people I really liked I still see, so never understood the meaning of a reunion. I don't see this people anymore because we didn't connect. And I also don't feel like being in a big room filled with fat mommies who only go there to show their babies. breastfeeding them in places where they got screwed 20 years ago. But is sure was fun taking that trip down memory lane today!
Sensitif #39

Le Petit Nicolas
2009 marks the 40th birthday of one of my favourite books when I was a child. The french "Le Petit Nicolas" (Little Nicolas) by René Goscinny with illustrations by Jean-Jacques Sempé. My mom is a French teacher, so yes, these fantastic french books ended up in The Netherlands as well. Today I found out they made these sweet little books into a movie. I don't know about you but childhood memories being turned into a movie is always a tricky thing. I just watched the trailer and luckily Agnan is as irritating as in the books and Alceste still LOVES his food. It's pretty awesome how they turned Sempé's simple lines into a real motion picture!

What Cocks are Made Of
Follow the journey as François Sagat gets his cock molded at Doc Johnson studios. World renowned special effects and prosthetic artist JC slathers the goo all over Francois rockhard cock to make the mold. Never one to waste a hard-on watch as Francois then squeezes out a load right on the floor of the molding studio! (Source: françoissagat.com)
Boxed Water
The Dieline has compiled their top 40 bevarage package designs from their archives. And there are some really true beauties there! The above package for boxed water is my absolute favourite!
KIEL SEPTEMBER 2009
Came across this beautiful spread by Daniel van Flymen (thanks Tatcha!). It perfectly fits the change of seasons here in The Netherlands and the setting reminds me very much of our city forest. It's getting very autumny here and spreads like this make me longing for my least favourite season of the year. Thanks Daniel! (complete spread available here).

Heaven
I died and went to heaven when I found the website travel brochure graphics.com tonight. A large collection of travelbrochures from the 1920's and 1930's. I especially love the extended Swiss collection. True masterpieces!
