Explosion
Summer is very Dutch this year. Not a lot of sun, temperatures around 20c and raining. But hey, that's living in The Netherlands.
Our balcony enjoyed last week's sun and exploded into flowers. These motherfuckers above are still my favourites. The succulants that never die. It started with one flower on Tuesday and this weekend there are around 30 of them. And they all started out like this.

Frequent Flyer Fashion
Every traveller knows those 3 Letter combinations for the airports in the world. Designing duo Pilot & Captain used these combinations for their collection of very cool t-shirts. Available here.
LEGO's First Official Haunted House
Maybe inspired by those awesome Victorian houses I posted last year, LEGO decided to create their own Haunted House. This beauty will be released this fall and exists of 2064 pieces. And it comes with 6 cute figures, some of them glowing in the dark. Cute!
The - not so - Lonely Goater
So how did you spend your Saturday this weekend? Here we dressed up in goater costumes and celebrated the fact that Peter's parents have been married for 50 years. In these 50 years they produced three children and those three children partnered up and produced five girls of their own. These five girls started partnering up as well, so that makes a family of 17. Oh wait, one partner had another daughter from a previous relationship,. so that makes 18.
Eighteen people in a backyard. In Tyrolean clothing. Singing a song. I would have never thought I would be one of them, but I was. Without much resistance, I have to admit. Here's Peter, in a rollercoaster of emotions. On the fence he used every day in his childhood.
