Goodnight

The Future is Now

So have you joined me on Facebook already?

A Smoking a Day Keeps the Doctor Away

Do you own a smoking? Yeah, surprisingly, so do I! But do you ever wear it? So do I. Once. At a christmas party f'rom Peter's office about 2 or maybe 3 years ago. Since that party it hangs in our closet... the sad piece. But in this editorial for German GQ, Seijo Imazaki (Major Models) is photographed by Greg Delves wearing the same smoking in 6 different ways. Okay, I still like only half of it, but at least I got some new ideas what to do with that thing!

The Shark

My name is Daan and my favourite pet is a shark. Sharks are sweet animals and you can teach them neat tricks. They are always happy and smile a lot. My cats don't smile, so they are not my favourite pets anymore. Later, when I grow up, I will have a bigger bath and I will have 2 or 3 sharks. I will swim with them and before night falls we will brush our teeth together. I love sharks. The end.

Nir Lavi for Carlo Pignatelli

This shoot reminds me a bit of what Philip
says in Joe Keenans "My Blue Heaven":

"Guys that I'll never get to screw in clothes I'll never be able to wear"

Name that Tune #105

What song can you see wordled up above?

Goodnight

Olivier J. Laude

I know taste is a subjective thing. But I can't imagine people not loving the work of Olivier Laude (born in Lille, France, 1964, currently living in San Francisco). The bright colors, the bizar scenes, the insanely well casted types. Considering the fact that he was born in the North of France and now living in California, I suddenly see both worlds captured in his work. I was smitten the moment I laid eyes on his work! Go visit his website with lots and lots more here.

Where the Hell is Willem? #83

Can you tell me where I am?

Ricky by Javier Felices

Javier Felices shot 19 y/o model Ricky from Brazil the day they first met. Javier likes people to be committed right away, not keeping him wait for too long. So to avoid getting tired of a model, he likes to shoot them right away.

You'd think a photographer and a model would have to get used to each other to do an intimate shoot like this, but obviously that is not the case with Javier. He shot Ricky in a very close way, like a friend would photograph a friend or lover. Excellent job!

Boy Finds Own Real-Life E.T.

Jason Vendryes for Undergear

For their Thanksgiving Editorial Undergear teamed up with the best combination; model Jason Vendryes photographed by Duc Nguyen. The result is this beautiful shoot with a very indian summer vibe to it.
