this picture reminds me of one of my crazy uncles who lives in Redbluff, Askansas, USA. He creeped me out when I was a child.
I can imagine! This is Bob from Twin Peaks. Probably the creepiest character in the history of television! I can still freak Peter out with pictures of him! :)
