Asparagus

First asparagus of the season, cooked by the best asparagus cook in the whole world, MY MAN! 

We drove to the South to get the best and after a very sunny afternoon he went into the kitchen and came back with the white gold. Om and nom and another nom!

Where is the Sauce Hollandaise?

That would be a sin! We eat them with melted and salted butter. To get fat for the summer ;)

Have you ever trief Sauce Hollondaise? I used to think it's just some sauce until my ganma had asparagus with it at a restaurant. I tried it and ever since I try to reproduce that taste but have failed so far. And it makes you pretty fat as well.

I tried it, but I stick to plain butter. A classic dish I don't want to change. Ever.
