Photographer Michal Korta spent three days in the Tatra Mountains region of Poland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic and followed a group of shephards with their sheep and dogs. He captured the way they herd their herd and how they make Oscypek cheese from the milk. The same way their ancestors made cheese from the milk since the 15th century.
