Dad's 65th Birthday

Dad turned 65 last August and like every year, we celebrated that fact with the whole family. But since it's dad's birthday, he got to chose the activity.

He got a nice hybrid bike last summer, so a biketrip was very suitable. We went to our big national park "De Hoge Veluwe" and biked our asses off. All sweaty except for the birthday boy.

Inside the national park is one of the better museums in The Netherlands. Kröller-Müller started as a private collection, but evolved into a very well situated collection of art open to the public. Whenever you come to The Netherlands I really urge you to visit this museum. Location, collection, it's all worth it.

We finished the day at a great asian restaurant. And oh man, did that first beer after the biketrip taste good! I didn't take that many pictures, so if you wanna see more, check out my sister's blog
