The Work of Thomas Doyle

I just fell in love with the work of New York based artist Thomas Doyle (thanks enna). His miniatures remind me of my earliest fascination of building miniature houses and landscapes. But Thomas Doyle goes one step further and brings his own bizarre fantasies and thoughts to life in these beautiful and sometimes pitch-black still lives. Definately worth checking out his portfolio with lots of other work.

I'm loving what I'm seeing. I like it when the second look stops u and makes u fall into a different dimension. I am trying to find the name and some photos of the work of an artist whose workshop I once visited in Alexandria, Va. His work was less "dark" but quite outstanding too.
Will let u know if I find sthg.
