Such a weird feeling. Received news today about the death of a woman with whom I spent 10 years of my life very intensively. Had not seen or spoken to her in about 7 years, so I was surprised the news hit me so hard. Apparently, even when people drift apart over the years, they can still be very close.
But the person from 7 years is close, the person I shared my garden and my life with. So I think this Friday I will say goodbye to that person, because I really don't know the person she was when she died. Rest in peace. Something tells me you deserve it.
