On The Cover of a Magazine
An iconic Madonna pose from The Immaculate Collection photo session graces the cover of issue 58 of Stern Fotografie Portfolio, out in March next year. The Stern Portfolio series is a fantastic collection of photographic monographies - now published in hardback a few times a year and focusing on the greatest photographers of our time.
Madonna was already featured on this big sized, high quality publication in their issue devoted to Bettina Rheims in 1999 - also appearing on the cover - and more recently in the Steven Klein issue. An announcement about the next installment in the series states that this new Stern Fotografie volume "features the best - some unpublished - portraits of those whom Herb Ritts immortalized." New month, which means the newest issue of Sensitif Magazine is online to download for free. This issue contains a beautiful shoot called Sex Bombs by Thomas Synnamon.
Rotating Kitchen
The Rotating Kitchen by Zeger Reyers was put into motion during the opening of the exhibition "Eating the Universe" at the Kunsthalle Düsseldorf, Germany, last Friday. It will keep rotating slowly till February 28th 2010.

TICKETOHELL #2 Preview
Last october, the first issue of Ticketohell saw the day of light and this spanish, quarterly magazine really surprised me. It had a certain edge to it, I had not seen in any other magazine.
On December 21st the second issue will be published and the cover looks VERY promising! François Sagat photographed by Bruce LaBruce! Styling was done by Bernhard Wilhelm and the cover design by Javier Felices.

Alessandro Calza
I wet myself a little when I saw this shoot of italian actor Alessandro Calza over at The Lisp. Thank you Kevin, for posting my wet dream. Butch guy, strong, hairy legs, smoking and enjoying it.... wow, like a dream came true! Last time I did a post on him, he was pretty nice as well, but he ages even better!

Sliding the Golden River
Didio photographed the latest edition of Terra the Boy. Featuring Caio Moreno he did a very extende shoot and these pictures he posted on Models by Didio really caught my attention. Looking at a beautiful muscular man is never bad, but watching him use these muscles adds a lot to the strength of the photos.
Novembeard
Okay, I started 5 days too late and that first picture is an old shot, but the other 24 pics are all taken every day of November and were sent to novembeard.com. I liked growing my beard and I like to see the process above.... but I must admit that the last 10 days or so my beard was way too big to match my small head. So I trimmed it down this afternoon, after sending that last picture and I will trim it down some more tomorrow. Novembeard 2009 was fun!
