I knew I couldn't keep it a secret till his birthday next week. The whole city was filled with The Sims 3 this afternoon, so Peter guessed his present correctly and couldn't wait till next week so he urged me to give him his present today. I am not a bad guy and very sensitive for those brown puppy eyes so I gave him his present today. And well, the view at the other side of our table is priceless. A very happy, almost 36 y/o hunk playing The Sims 3!

ahhhwww... cute :-)
Question for Peter: is the Sims 3 fun playing?
I'm in doubt of buying it. My only reference is the Sims 2 on a PSP, but found that one way too slow to enjoy it. Is it better than earlier versions?
I love your photos of Peter. Always so cute and puts a BIG ol' smile on my face. You guys look/sound maddd happy. Happy gaming man.
Thanks SR, you're kind:)
He has a slight pink eye at the moment, looks almost even cuter;)
And rp, as soon as he's online again he will answer your question. I think you need a fast pc to really enjoy the game, but it's not that much different from The Sims 2, which is a good thing btw. It's no RCT3 if you know what I mean;)
rp, don't play this game on any other platform than PC. I also have it for PS2 and it sucks. It's designed for PC and definately worth the wait. I'm hooked like a junkie (though truth be told Daan plays when I'm off to work).
SR you made me giggle a bit... ;-)
Oh I'm logged in as Daan, the previous post was brought to you by the pink-eye Peter
thanks for your comment Peter. Helped me a lot. Now to find a way to justify yet another game into our house . :-)
You tell me! My husband is a happy 47 y/o TheSims3-player! I think I have to apply a green diamond above my head to get his attention back and make sure that he would play with me! Elljott
Hahahaha, those green diamonds work perfect for getting attention. Soiling yourself would also help, but gives a mess and then you have to hire a maid again for 125 sim-dollars a day.
