Damn it, Janet! Well, 'dam' is actually good and it's not in China.
I finally ruled out China before I saw this. However, I have caved. My eyes hurt from searching.
Poor Bastard.... let me give a clue: it's being built, it's a dam and it's the biggest of a specific continent....

I was looking for big dams and this is gonna be the largest dam of South America when finished:) Good work man!
