Rotterdam

Great day in Rotterdam today. A city we hardly ever visit, but which we will be visiting more frequently now we know what it has to offer. In the afternoon we visited the Boijman van Beuningen Museum. A big eye opener. They have a very mixed collection. Paintings from the 16th and 17th century, the latest on design and a beautiful exposition on fashion.

Too bad we didn't have enought time to see it all. We were meeting friends for a wine and a dine and especially that wine was a very good one. A Diemersfontein Pinotage from 2007. Remember that one if you love chocolat as much as you love wine. Sounds like a strange combination but it worked out perfectly well!

And we know how difficult it is to match wine and chocolote... Thanks for the tip, although I doubt I will be able to find this wine over here... But thanks, anyway.
