Waiting for Tonight



Marinated these shrimps which I bought at the market yesterday and can't wait to use them tonight! Garlic, red peppers, parsley, lemon juice and olive oil. Shall I make a nice salad with them or serve them on a plate of steamy pasta? Or shall I just look at them being pretty in pink?

On sunny days like today I like shrimps best in a nice salad, some nice bread and garlic butter, and of course a nice glass of wine or Martini Bianco!
