Renovated House - Soglio CH

This is how renovation is done! This old townhouse in Soglio, Switzerland was renovated by Christian Speck of Formzone and has a clean look without losing charme. Some of the rooms of this house are completely contemporary, while others have stone walls integrated and wooden rustic elements. Some of the doors are absolutely fascinating, reminding of the world as we know it from decades ago. The terrace is a place where the owners can enjoy the amazing views of the Alps, while having their breakfast at the beginning of the day.

Utterly spectacular! Though I can't say I'm fond of the modern wooden ceilings and walls. But the stone, the very old wooden door going into the office, and the use of modern white with the stone...just sensational!

Thanks for this.

It's gorgeous. I love all these old houses needing renovations. Another's eyes to see them different. Stones, wood and light; all these are perfect for a house.
